The day is designed in a way which allows at least 13 hours of intense learning, 9 hour with faculty and 4 hour of self study. We have ensured 100 minutes for yoga, meditation and sports – to help build physical and mental capacity, as well as prepare the students for 13 hours of intense learning. There is adequate time for sleep, relaxation. Each Sunday, students are given half day to relax and spend time with their parents.
