At the end of each phase of study, there will be an elaborate assessment. The purpose is to evaluate the depth of understanding of the topics, the ability to apply to concepts to new areas, to apply multiple concepts for problem solving. The sessions are enriched with a data base with over 1 lakh questions.
Each assessment is followed by a detailed analysis of each students answer sheet, to discover the specific areas where the student is weak, so that appropriate actions can be taken to strengthen those concepts. The students will repeat the assessment till they thoroughly understand the topic and get 100% scores in that assessment. Error book is maintained to ensure the solving of wrong and unattempted questions.
Each student will be given study materials, standard set of text books, customised Learning Management System with more than 1 lakh high quality question bank.
Students progress is monitored on a day to day basis by the academic mentors. Weekly tests on small portions and phase end examination provides a continuous assessment of the students performance. Parents will have an access to their Childs performance on a real time basis.
Parents teachers meeting will be held once in three months in the first 6 months, and every 6 months later.
